Finance Application
In submitting your application to the bank we are confident that your
criteria meets that of the banks for the purpose of a property mortgage,
subject to the necessary credit checks and confirmation of the facts.
However, this is on the understanding no guarantee is made, indicated
or otherwise assumed that you will further fulfil the obligations for
obtaining finance from the bank. AIF Ltd accepts no responsibility in
the event your application is declined. Whilst we will take all reasonable
steps to ensure a successful application for a mortgage loan we reserve
the right to charge an hourly fee should we decide that full disclosure
of your personal circumstances were not made in a timely manner, this
will be decided at our soul discretion.

The following clauses exclude or limit our legal liability for
this website and you should read them carefully. Nothing in these terms
and conditions shall attempt to exclude liability for death or personal
injury, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
